Apple Cider Days Springfield, Mo. Sept. 2019

This year my wife participated in the annual Apple Cider Days in Springfield. Instead of taking a lot of merchandise to sell she took her "walking wheel", "cottage wheel" and a couple of drop spindles to demonstrate to people the various ways to make yarn from roving. Her great wheel is well over 100 hundred years old and it is not taken from our home very often but there was interest in her bringing it for demonstration so she did. In the future she has another walking wheel that will be used for events to help preserve the antique wheel.

Even though it rained on Sunday the final day of the event it drew a lot of people and many people visited my wifes' booth.
